I have now ordered from the UK, 4 items from this company and all are excellent.
In my last last order, being between sizes, I chose the Large sized shirt. Unfortunately it was too big, so I emailed customer services them to ask whether I could exchange. Their reply was helpful and courteous. Having followed their instructions, I now have a Medium sized shirt with which arrived more quickly than estimated. Lovely company. Thank you!

Just rec'd my first order a sun wrap and a sun hat. I normally buy cheaply made clothing but took a chance on paying $45 for a hat and $75 for a wrap and do not regret it one bit. The wrap seems like a quality wrap and the hat is so well made and just what I needed. I love the simplistic styles of the UPF-50 clothing line. Also, the items came sooner than expected. So far no complaints and will be ordering again from this place in the near future.

I ordered 6 long sleeve T-shirts in 3 colors. Grey, blue, and black.
Only the grey shirts fit comfortably!
Blue and black shirts were too tight!
I ordered XXL shirts. I do NOT like my clothes to fit snug. I am 6 feet tall and I weigh 215 pounds. By no means am I a really big guy. Im not a gym rat, and my body hair a flaw or two, just like most people over the age of 40. Why is their version of XXL so much tighter than any other companies?
I do love the grey shirts that fit properly for some reason. The material is high quality and they're very comfortable. If they would make those same t-shirts in a XXL (which I have never worn in my entire life) I would buy them again.

After a miscommunication with emails, and a missing hat (delayed post due to Coronavirus) the said Hat has finally arrived! In the meantime, Solbari have tried to rectify the problem and have sent a replacement, and also offered a refund. ‘Hats off’ to Solbari for their customer service!
